Returns, Refunds & Order Policies
At For Fox’s Sake Designs, all products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Preference changes after ordering
Ordering the wrong colour, style, or product variant
Please check all sizing guides, product details, colours, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
Your order number
Once reviewed, we will arrange either:
A replacement item, or
A full refund where appropriate
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the shipment with the delivery carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
Returned Packages & Delivery Issues
If a parcel is returned due to:
An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
Failure to collect the parcel
Delivery refusal
Carrier delivery issues
We can arrange for the order to be reshipped. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Returned Items Condition
Where a return is authorised, all items must be:
Unused
Unworn
Clean
In original condition
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in an unsellable condition.
Colour & Print Variations
Please note:
Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products
Minor variations in print placement, scale, or colour tone are considered normal due to the made-to-order process
These are not considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or peak seasonal demand are outside our control.
